About "Phoenix" - Purrfect Match
I'm Phoenix......hear me meow!!!
Phoenix was rescued from a high kill Sydney Pound by Purrfect Match saving this special man the inevitable. Phoenix hasn't had the best start to life, ending up in the pound with extensive burns to his head & front legs, possibly inflicted by a horrible person.
Phoenix's foster carer's heart broke at his pound photo so took him in to show him that humans aren't all bad. With lots of love & TLC Phoenix's wounds healed & he has become quite a character around his carers home.
Phoenix is not exactly a cuddly cat but once he gets to know you he will happily sit & let you scratch him under the chin & all over his head, patting him down his back, purring his gorgeous little head off.
Phoenix is one of those awesome cats that makes your home feel complete. He will happily sleep all over your bed, your lounge, even your kitchen bench if you let him. He loves to have a chat & loves your company, often following you around or sitting with you in front of the tv. \
Phoenix gets along with other cats & has not reacted to small friendly dogs. His carer thinks he is just awesome & so worthy of love.
If you are looking for that special cat who really deserves a second chance, this boy is for you. He will love you forever & wants to call your place home.
Phoenix is currently located in Oakdale near Camden but his carer is happy to arrange meet & greets at your location.
All of Phoenix's vet work is done & is ready for immediate adoption.
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
If a cat is being adopted sight unseen, as in distance adoptions, we do require a home check to ensure our cats safety.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
