About Vito
Hi I'm Vito and I'm a lovely smoochy cat.
I have been desexed and microchipped.
It is hard to get a photo of me as when I see you I will come up for cuddles and pats. I will follow you around all day if possible.
I have the sweetest nature and get on well with my foster carers' 2 year old. I especially love it when my foster sister reads me stories, I will sit with her and listen for hours.
I will play with toys, but prefer to sit on my human. I am currently an indoor cat and do not bolt for the door, but will go outside if it is left open.
I will come to greet you when you get home and will sleep on your bed if you let me.
I am learning to use a scratching post and I am well behaved. My foster carer does not have any other animals so I can't say if I will get on with them.
I have met a boisterous golden retriever and did not like him, however the meeting was not planned and my response was to run away.
Medical notes
FIV postitive
Vito has come up as being FIV positive. This is not feline aids, it just means that he has been exposed in some way to the virus.
He immune system can be lower than those without and he may in the future need some dental work, but this is not always the case.
He needs to be an indoor cat and can be in a family with cats vaccinated against fiv, other fiv positive cats or as an only cat
Adoption details
After seeing an animal you are interested in we ask you to fill out an adoption expression of interest form which tells us a bit about you, your lifestyle and any previous pets. A meet and greet is then organised for you to meet your prospective new furry friend and if all goes ok, you are then able to adopt your new furry housemate.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
