Introducing “Hope” and “Mia”

These two little treasures have been in foster care with me since August 2014.

“Hope” and “Mia” (formally “Muma”) were seized from a deceased estate. The girls were in a terrible state when they arrived into care, however with loads of TLC these girls are doing really well!!!

I have done a bit of research and found out that these two beautiful girls have lived together for the past 4 years, prior to that both were used for breeding and both have had litters.

These girls are happy little girls. Out of the two “Hope” is in charge and “Mia” just goes with the flow. “Hope” is more a people dog, and would like to sit quiet on the couch all day long,however she is fine around other small dogs. Mia likes to hang out and play with the other dogs but also loves to snuggle (warning Mia likes to give big kisses).

Neither of these girls are snappy towards humans at all!!!! Both girls are well mannered however don’t appear to have received basic training, they do both understand the word No! Hope seems to be toilet trained; we are still working with Mia, she is getting better and better all time, I have had no accidents in the house in over a month YAY!

“Hope” and “Mia” currently reside in Bensville in foster care thru Claws n Paws Rescue on the Central Coast. They currently live with a family consisting of children, two other small dogs and cats. Both girls fit in well with all!

Their adoption fee covers desexing, micro chipping and vaccination. They have been treated for fleas, worms and heartworm.

The new family I am looking for, for “Hope & Mia” would preferably be retired or a older family, although they are use to children of all ages, I feel they would be best suited in a quieter home. Nothing would please them more then sitting around all day long.

Whoever invites these cherubs to be part of their family must commit to provide quality flea prevention treatment as they have suffered from flea allergy dermatitis in the past, (which is now under control). Mia also would need a controlled diet as she is a little on the chubby side.

I understand that no-one knows what the future holds, however I want their new home to be the last! They have been thru enough and I will be very strict on finding the right forever home for them.
