About Bonnie
Hello, my name is Bonnie. I'm trying to be bonny lass but unfortunately I'm going through a grieving period that needs understanding and compassion.
I recently gave birth to five beautiful kittens which unfortunately became very ill and failed to thrive despite everyone's best efforts to save them. This has caused me and the staff much sadness but I am getting support and love here at the Adoption Centre to help me cope with the loss.
I was a very dedicated and affectionate mother, very nurturing and gentle and similarly with people I am very endearing and kind natured. I am looking for a home where I will be part of the family and be given as much love and attention as I gave as a mother.
I was brought to Lort Smith from another shelter many miles away as they ran out of room to keep me there. After being moved about to and fro, I need a stable home environment and a family that will be permanent. Please be very mindful that I must be kept indoors only to ensure I don't get sunburnt and develop skin cancer. I am hopeful that my new home will bring me the love, care and happiness that I deserve.
