Daytona

Daytona = not so race like!

Daytona is an affectionate sweetheart who will keep you laughing with her ridiculous facial expressions. She spends a majority of her time lazing in the sun or upside down in her bed/crate.

Since coming into care, Daytona has learn't to walk reasonably on lead, sit, shake and drop. She has the potential to learn a lot more, she is incredibly food and praise motivated which makes training a really fun time for all.
Daytona is also house and crate trained.

Daytona enjoys a good walk everyday, and a few play sessions with her foster sister so is a low to medium energy kinda girl. Her dinner dance and follow up zoomies are definetly something to see!

Being an adolescent dog, Daytona is still learning what is acceptable to chew and what isn't.
She also occasionally needs reminding about correct behaviour around children, she wants to cover them in kisses and chase them around the yard becoming a little too rough in the process.

Daytona would love a home with another dog and/or an owner who can provide mental stimulation throughout the day for her. Boundaries and continued socialisation are a must for her to thrive and become a well rounded family member.
