Hugo

Hello there! I’m Hugo! I came to Lort Smith Adoption Centre on 29 September! Can you believe it? I have spent a short while in foster care and two weeks out at Hanrob for some training, but other than that, I have been waiting here for somebody special to find me.

I get super excited when people come and visit me, thinking that today is finally going to be the day ... and then they leave. It is hard getting my hopes up all the time. I will need someone who is strong and will be firm with me as I still need more training – this is something that will be ongoing for me.

My ideal person will have plenty of time to spend with me and will exercise me daily, I really love going for walks! I would be best suited to a home with no other dogs at this point as I am boisterous and need to learn how to play appropriately.

With my adoption comes one free weekend training class at Hanrob in Tullamarine. This is free and ongoing – what a great way for my new owner and me to bond and have a bit of fun?!
