Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Penny would love a home for 2015
I have a special little dog that needs a loving home.
My name is Penny and I'm a super special loving girl. I currently live with chickens kittens cats and lots of other dogs and I'm gentle and courteous with everyone I am really well behaved and quite calm when indoors but still like to have a run around the backyard and love a good game of fetch. I've been in foster care for almost a year now while my foster mum has been sorting out my medication for epilepsy and she thinks she has it right now as I have had only one very small seizure in 8 weeks and is confident i'm ready for my new home.
My condition is not for everyone but if your brave enough to give me a chance you will be rewarded with lots of love and loyalty.
Penny is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated.
Medical notes
Penny's epilepsy is being managed effectively with medication once a day
She is on Phenomav and Bromav each bottle costs around $35 and lasts for almost a year , She does require blood work once a year to check her Serum levels and liver function due to the medication she is on and the combined test is around $75 depending on different vet fees.
As long as she is safe when she has the seizure there is no need for interference. The process is normally over in a few minutes, and then about 30 minutes later is back to her normal cheerful self.
