About Chief 1789
Chief is a magnificent young male dog, possibly LabradorXBull Arab, approx. 12 months old with a lovely Tan & White short coat.
This dog was abandoned, left tied to a tank stand at a village hall [around the back for no-one to see]. Fortunately a kind human took him home until the rangers came to collect him. His gutless owner couldn't be found but Chief behaved beautifully while in the pound so he was released to AWL for rehoming.
He is still very playful with other dogs, shows no aggression & infact is quite timid in that regard. He is proving to be a smart & loyal dog who is happy to just chill out with his human & doesn't demand a lot of attention.
Chief will need ongoing training but responds very well to positive gentle training. His carer is very impressed with him.
He is available from Animal Welfare League - Far South Coast Branch [Bega area], 6 1/2 drive south of Sydney. For more details please phone enquiries 0400 372 609. Cost $375, he is desexed, vaccinated, chipped, wormed & vet checked.
