Ryder *On Trial in His New Home*

*RYDER IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HIS NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Meet easy-Ryder!! He is one of three healthy, happy puppies who were born in Mid-July; their mother is a Bull Mastiff x Ridgeback and their father is a Labrador x Kelpie,

All the pups have lovely, friendly nature’s and get along well with their carers other dogs and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as older children making them pretty much “bomb proof”. All of the pups LOVE food and aren’t fussy so this is helping them with learning the basics such as “sit” and “down”. They’ll need some practice walking on a lead once they’re in their forever homes as their foster carers haven’t been able to do so until they’re fully vaccinated though they’re bright puppies, so we’re sure they’ll quickly get the hang of it. They all enjoy water, so a doggie pool in the hot summer months is a must and we reckon they’ll be the size of a small Labrador once they finish growing.

Adorable Ryder is very Labrador-like in both his appearance and his nature – he’s a cuddly, loving boy who can be a bit of a sook when he wants your attention. Ryder enjoys a play with his sister who pushes him around a bit but he just lets her have her way; nothing seems to faze him! He likes toys and loves a game of tug-o-war with his carers large male Great Dane – they look so cute together! Ryder doesn’t bark and doesn’t jump up; he hasn’t figured out how to get on the couch yet, so just lays at your feet when watching tv at night. As he’s only a young pup he will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so he grows up to have lovely manners. Daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on and toys to keep Ryder stimulated are also a necessity so he doesn’t get bored and up to mischief.

As Ryder is already picking up housetraining (he lets you know when he needs to go out plus he’s crate-trained) he would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on his own but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time while you’re away at work as he’s used to having company.
