About Jericho
Jericho (or Jerry as he is fondly known) is a sweet, quiet boy. At 5 years old, he is in the prime of his life. No more chewing or toilet training. He is just happy going for a short stroll around town with you before cuddling up to watch some TV in the night. He is an indoor and outdoor dog, but will need to sleep inside.
Jerry is pretty laid back most of the time unless you want to have a good old play with him, then he will have a good rumble. He is currently in care with another little dog that he gets along with well. He is very well mannered and knows his basic commands.
If you're after a very low maintenance boy to just give you some companionship, Jericho is your little furry man.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Jericho is located on the Central Coast of NSW where he lives with his foster family.
Medical notes
Since coming into care, we have been told by the vet that Jericho has a slight plaque problem. It is not major problem, he will just need a little more regular tartar control.
Adoption details
Please contact Holly via email only should you wish to meet Jericho. Email will ensure a faster response. When enquiring about Jericho, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
