About Jet
Jet is going to be a great addition for any type of household. He is dog and cat friendly and great with children. He is just a typical happy go lucky boy.
Jet is in foster care with 2 other dogs, cats and older children. Although he went to another foster home on his way there that had an 18 month old that he was great with also, so children of all ages suit this beautiful boy. Jet loves all other dogs, but be quite boisterous during play, which can be a little too much for little dogs sometimes
Jet is happy to just have a wrestle with his fellow pooches in his foster home and would do the same in his forever home, or if he were to be an only dog, would be happy with a walk to the local dog park or beach for some exercise and socialising. Once you get home though, he is happy to just chill out and hang about.
Jet already knows his commands such as sit, stay and down and is very eager to learn more. He is an intelligent boy that would do great with more obedience training or agility he'd be great at. It is also a great way to bond with him. He is learning to walk on lead properly and getting great at it.
Jet is a long haired dog that will need grooming at least once a week to keep him from getting knotty and have his coat looking its best.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Jet is located in Newcastle NSW where he lives with his foster family.
Medical notes

When enquiring about Jet, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
