About Jemima (On Trial 17/12/14)~ Rottweiler x Staffy
Meet Jemima, a 5 month old Rottweiler cross staffy who adores her food and rawhide chews. Jemima does have special dietary requirements which consist of dry food, rice and boiled chicken. While the occasional treat is fine, if her diet varies too much she can get an upset tummy.
Jemima will happily nap or play outside; however, has been sleeping inside with her sister, Stella (who is also up for adoption).
She loves her car rides and handles wearing her harness and lead really well. Jemima is an outgoing little puppy who loves her cuddles and being the centre of attention. She can be weary around other dogs but quickly warms up when she realises she’s found another playmate.
It would be really great if Jemima and Stella could be adopted together. They have been together all this time and as a result, have become quite close. They play together and will often sleep cuddled up together.
For more information or to meet Jemima please phone foster carer Bronwyn on 0438 448 923 or email bronwyncrofts@gmail.com. Jemima is in care in Wyong Shire, NSW (Central Coast).
Jemima’s $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
