About Archer (On Trial 26/10/14)
Meet Archie. He is a 10 month old kelpie x lab who has a snuggle that will melt your heart.
Archie is a smart boy who loves to hang around his human family. Archie is learning to sit and not to jump up. He is also walking well on his lead.
With Archie you get the best of both worlds. He has the brains and the size of a small kelpie yet the energy levels of a lab. He currently lives with 4 other kelpie foster brothers and sisters and sometimes struggles to keep up. You will often find him having a nap under the tree.
Like any you working breed mix he will need alot of stimulus to keep him occupied. Archie loves other dogs and he also loves water.
Archie is toilet trained and loves to be inside with you hanging out.
If you want a small kelpie but not with all the energy then Archie is your man!
For any information or to meet the delightful Archer, please call Chloe on 0421 669 884 or email matnchlo@bigpond.com. Archer is in foster care near Cameron Park, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
