Dear Lucky was found abandoned in the country miles from anywhere or anybody, he was terribly skinny and dehydrated but still happy to be saved and in safe hands. Since then he has proved to be a very grateful boy, he gets along with everyone and anyone, great with other dogs kids and cats, Lucky is a smooched and very handsome, more handsome than his photos. He has an unusual mottled coat, interesting face and soft eyes. He is a gentle boy looking for a loving home.

"He has been a pleasure so far. He reminds me of a 70 year old man... lol. Everything he does its at a very slow pace. He learns very slowly but he gets there in the end. It must be hard for him from being a camp dog coming back into domestic life. He is adjusting to us, he likes coming inside but is he is still a while away from sleeping the whole night inside but we will get there. He has a high food drive and now he can sit well and wait for his food. He is great around people (kids especially) but a little fearful of other dogs at the start. He is walking really well on the lead but likes only to walk, running is out of the question ha ha. He is a low energy dog and is more than happy to sit in the backyard chewing a bone, he just loves just hanging around."
