Bobby (On hold pend adopt)~ Maltese x Cavalier

Hi my name is “Bobby”. I am a 2 year old male Maltese x Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and yep I am the sweetest boy ever. I am a little timid as I have not had a great life so far but as soon as I know you won’t hurt me I can’t get enough of your hugs.

I am living with 4 other small dogs at the moment and I love them all. I only weigh 8kgs so we are all about the same size. My favourite thing ever is to play tugger with my foster mummy or the other dogs. I just love all my toys and am happy to share. I love the ball and especially anything that squeaks. I love my walks to the park and do not pull on the lead at all. I’m happy to say hello to all the other dogs I meet.

I sleep in my cozy bed in my foster mum’s room on the ground at the bottom of her bed and sleep peacefully all night. I don’t mind being outside if no-one is home as long as I have a sheltered area to relax in, but when someone is home I need to be with them or I get sad. I am toilet trained though so leaving me inside is no problems at all.

My coat does not shed so I don't drop fur everywhere and I keep the house clean. My coat needs brushing at least once a week, bathing every 4 weeks and clipping maybe every 6 weeks to keep me looking as handsome as I do now.

I’m not sure if I like cats as I have not met one as yet. I wasn’t sure about my foster dad at first I was very frightened of him but now I know he is a good man I like him but I’m still a bit shy around him. I love the teenage boy I’m living with, he is pretty cool.

I’m just a lovely, gentle, easy going, boy wanting someone to love me lots, as I have so much love to give back. I am used to being left alone with the other doggies for half days as my foster mum works, I’m a bit sad when she goes but so so excited when she gets home it’s all ok.
