Barney

Barney, the big & beautiful Burmese x DSH is looking for a family to call his very own.

This handsome boy has the typical friendly & outgoing personality of the Burmese. He has also inherited the Burmese's beautiful satiny, smooth coat, which he loves to have stroked.

He is a gentle placid soul. He loves cuddles, a good brush and playtime with anyone who will give him the attention. Great with kids, including young ones....he's very tolerant.

Barney is happy with other cats and most dogs. He is a big submissive softy, so the other pets will have to be friendly too. I've seen him beat up by kittens :) He's very protective of his furry siblings, a good maternal guardian, he likes to snuggle and clean them.

Barney gets along with everyone!

He would love a home where he could enjoy some time outside during the day, but would also flourish in an indoor only home as long he was provided with an enriched, stimulating environment. Somewhere to climb up high & watch over his home is a favourite of his :).

He likes a bit of water play too, running in the rain or jumping in the shower with you. I think it's cause he loves getting all fluffed up in a towel afterwards.
