Puppy Kye (On Trial 1/11/14) ~ bc x kelpie

Kye is a 10 week old Border Collie x Kelpie puppy. He is a very sweet natured pup and also very smart. He can sit and shake hands already! He has been very well socialised with other dogs and puppies and gets along great with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages. Being so young, he could learn to live with cats.

Kye is too young to be left home alone all day so he needs a home with was someone that doesn't work full time, such as a stay at home mum, or someone who works from home or is retired. If everyone works full time then he will need another dog for company.

Kye needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. He loves to feel like a member of the family. He isn't suitable for kids under 8 years old as he might accidently knock them over. You must have 6ft high colourbond or other solid fencing. He cannot go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or any form of wire).

Kye is a very intelligent breed. He'll need to go to puppy training classes to engage his active mind and continue his training. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, daily exercise, and training. He's going to be a brilliant dog!

Kye is available for adoption to the following areas: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens. He is not available for Interstate adoption.
