About Dolly
Note: Dolly is used to other cats and kittens, she is not used to dogs or young children
Dolly is a very special little girl who has had to overcome a lot in her short life. Born with a significantly shortened hind leg and abused as a young kitten Dolly has had to adapt to her shorter leg as well as having to learn to trust people. Dolly was found as a young kitten abandoned in the bush and was initially very frightened of people. Since then she has been lovingly raised in a foster family’s home and has slowly learned to trust the people around her. Dolly has grown into a gentle and playful kitten and is very affectionate once you have gained her trust. She will follow you around the house and loves watching whatever is happening or just lies curled up sleeping beside you. She also enjoys being stroked or having gentle tummy rubs. Dolly is very used to other cats and kittens and gets on very well with her foster brother Felix. While Dolly enjoys the company of her human and feline family, she is also content to relax and curl up for a nap when it’s quieter. Dolly is fully house-trained and is suited to an indoor only home. Dolly needs a very special furrever family who will be very patient and gentle with her as she is still easily frightened. Dolly has been wormed and flea treated, vaccinated and desexed and microchipped. \ She is available for immediate adoption to a gentle, quiet and fully indoor home.
All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
