About Maximus
Maximus is one sweet, happy go lucky little man. He is a young & energetic puppy who just loves company, either with humans or other little dogs.
He plays well with his foster brother and sister, although as he is still young, he can get a little bit overexcited & a bit boisterous so he needs guidance on when to settle down a little bit.
He is excellent in the car, he just sits & relaxes, he is also great on the lead and will happily wonder with you smelling everything.
Maximus is not afraid of scary storms either, during a recent storm he busied himself playing with some toys & with his foster siblings.
He knows some commands, & is quite good with 'sit', but will do well with some consistent training to positively reinforce what he already knows, and he is a quick learner! He is very food driven, so short training sessions with itty bitty treats are a breeze! He loves his soft plush toys, and with as most puppies, he needs plenty of entertainment when left alone, whether that be toys, or a small play mate.
He can be a little bit vocal when he spots people walking by what he considers 'his' house. He is quick to quieten when given a distraction, a fun game with some toys usually does the trick.
Maximus is majority of the time an indoor dog. He comes and goes through his doggy door when he needs to go to the toilet. He sleeps inside.
Someone is going to hit the jackpot with this sweet, loving little boy
Maximus is located on the Central Coast of NSW where he lives with his foster family.

Please contact Holly via email only should you wish to meet Maximus. Email will ensure a faster response. When enquiring about Maximus, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
