I am a shy girl who hasn’t had a great start to life, but I have so much love to give to just the right family. I need a family who will continue with my training as I haven’t been taught many things, but I am very smart and have already picked up the basics after just a short time in foster care. I also need help to make sure my nutrition is taken care of as I need to gain some more weight to be as healthy as I can be.

I am very affectionate and love nothing more than cuddles. I am a very sweet girl and I am very gentle and kind. My favourite spot in the world is curled up on the couch next to my humans. My second favourite spot is curled up on the bed with my fur family. I really like my foster family’s neighbours who are small people (3yrs and 5ys) . I need the adults to remind them to jump out of the way when I get the zoomies up though, as I’m running so fast, I might knock them over by accident, but I would never hurt them on purpose because I love humans!

I need to be in a home where there is another furkid as I feel very insecure when I am left alone and the neighbours get annoyed when I howl, but when I’m with my foster brother, I am as happy as larry. I am young and very playful, so I would really love it if my new family had another furkid around my age who also likes to play. I am a little bit rough when I play and make lots of noise, but I am careful not to hurt my playmates. I have met lots of other dogs and am a bit unsure at first, but after a little while when I understand that I am going to be safe, I play like a crazy thing. I have met big dogs and smaller dogs and played with both, but I really don’t like the REALLY small dogs that bark. They scare me a bit. I haven’t met any cats yet, although my foster brother is teaching me to bark when there are noises in the bushes, but I’m not sure if they are cats or rats…. Even my humans don’t know!

I will let you know if someone is at the front gate or door. I get a bit nervous meeting new people, but if they are patient with me and let me come around to sniff them in my own time, and if you tell me they are okay, then we can be friends in no time at all.

I really need a family who will be patient and kind to me, and who will make me feel safe and loved. I will repay you with all of the love I have in my really big heart.
