About Flint
Flint is a complete sweetheart with a beautiful and gentle nature willing to do anything for some love and cuddles. At nearly four years old, he still has an almost puppy-like goofiness and excitability which make him all the more adorable. And while Flint does have quite high energy levels, he loves nothing more than being around his humans and having some cuddle time curled up on your lap (or at your feet, if you’d prefer, he’s not a little boy!).
He is house trained and knows some basic commands like ‘sit’ and ‘lie down’ and walks fairly well on the lead, though while he has some basic obedience, Flint would benefit from a little extra training to curb some of his bounciness. He gets along very well with the two small dogs he lives with in care and is very mindful of his size and plays quite gently with them. He has been introduced to a few larger dogs who he was a little unsure of, so a meet and greet with a potential families other pets would be essential.
He has been observed to be a little protective over his food (only to other dogs, with humans he is fine) so will require some work in this area.
Flint would be best suited to an active family who has the time to make sure he gets lots of exercise as he really is one energetic boy. Overall Flint is a big, goofy ball of happiness and love and would make a wonderful addition to the right family.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
