About Rhani
Rhani the beautiful Rotti came to GAR as an 18mth old who had not experienced much in life. She was absolutely petrified of everything and howled/cried all the 1st night and growled, cowered and ran from any human contact. It was not long before she loved her foster mum (and other females) but was still terrified of any males, sudden movement or noises. She slept happily on her foster mums bed at night but would not come to foster dad even for food. After 3 weeks of love, patience and food she nervously allowed a lead to be placed on and went for her 1st walk. The change was remarkable as she learned to trust and have fun again. She has walked and played with other dogs (after being properly introduced) and seems to love them, she lives with a cat & 4 kittens and just wants to lick them. She walks well on the lead but likes a lot of sniffing stops. She loves cuddles, pats, ball games and her toys. She is well house trained and will sleep on your bed or outside. She loves women and kids but still flinches around some men. She trains easily and just wants to please you and be loved. She is an absolutely beautiful dog who would be the perfect pet but would require a family who can give her the love, attention and support she needs.
