About Marco
Marco was a pet shop puppy who ended up living outside all by himself and missed out on things like house training, grooming, walks and playtime so he became a bored and lonely little boy. Since Marco was surrendered he has been living in a foster home with other doggy playmates where he is learning lots of new social skills with both dogs and humans and having a wonderful time. Marco is very active and playful and just loves romping about and playing with the other dogs, which is a totally new experience for him. He is a bright, good natured little fellow with lots of energy and learns quickly. Marco was a bit insecure with strangers at first, especially men, but is getting better and now lines up for his cuddles when his carers come home from work and learning about couches and beds. He is coming along with his house training but still likes to chew things (probably his way of coping when he was alone and bored) so needs lots of TLC and guidance as well as toys, exercise, chewies and company. Marco must go to a home with access to both inside and outside, sharing it with another friendly and active dog and getting lots of walks and cuddles. He is good to bath and brush and his coat will require regular grooming.
