About Bessie
Pound no. 141 - listed 21 june. Bessie is a friendly, affectionate, very big dog who is desperate to get out of sydney dogs home as the conditions are particularly cramped for a girl her size. She is highly intelligent and is very obedient, sitting and staying on command. Whilst bessie is a little excitable when she initially starts out on her walk with our volunteers she soon settles down and lovingly looks up at them as she strolls through the park. Bessie loves a pat and a cuddle and has a lot of love to give. She seems to get on well with other dogs and would love to go to a home where she can get regular exercise. Please rescue bessie. . . . . I put my hat on and hopped in the car with my basket. i thought i was going shopping for a new home. i didn't know that i was only going on an excursion with staff to do a letterbox drop to alert neighbours of a cat brought into sydney dogs home. I was a bit disgusted as i think that i should be the centre of attention and that the staff should be concentrating on getting all 52 kgs of my body into a new home.
If you don't fancy any of these little fluffy-wuffy toy dogs on the website, please consider me - i am a real dog and i am not scared of anyone or anything except postmen, bikes, cats, aeroplanes, fireworks, cars, any loud noises, lizards, frogs, birds, hoses - yep, i'm a real dog!
All shelter dogs and puppies come desexed, wormed, microchipped, lifetime registered with your local council and have had their first vaccination. In addition, adult dogs will be heartworm tested. Please visit the website at www. Sydneydogshome. Org
