About gideon
We have two young Belgian Tervuerens who have come down from Queensland not long ago, they are Genevieve and Gideon. They were surrendered to AWL in Queensland. They are siblings and have always been together but we have separated them now so they can go to different homes. They have lovely friendly natures but were not well socialised especially with other animals/dogs when they arrived. They have come out of their shells now and are happily living with other dogs. They love cuddles just like all Belgians do!
Gideon is sweet natured and gets on now with other dogs without a problem and like all belgians can be demanding and in your face especially when cuddles are on offer.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
