Old Red DL719

Old Red might be a golden oldie but he likes to keep active with a good game of fetch and loves to go for a walk, great on the lead too. He has a weakness for soft toys and loves to carry one around in his mouth and follow you around keeping you company.

He will happily relax whilst you are at work on his own, then loves to join the family at the end of the day. He likes to sleep a lot and loves a brush – constant bed hair can do that to an old guy. He is a bit blind in one eye and hard of hearing too, but he has a lovely smile and captivating looks. He can be a little grumpy at times and not suited to small fluffy dogs or cats, but could settle in with a female dog in the house.

We are looking for a forever foster for Old Red so he stays in care until the end of his days. All vet work is covered by the rescue as we have a golden oldies program. If you have the love and time for this lovely old gentleman, please email us to apply.
