About Roxy *On Trial in Her New Home*
*ROXY IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPPLICATIONS PLEASE* WANTED: A home with room to run plus a playful doggie companion for fun-loving Roxy-Boxer!! A change in her owners’ circumstances has meant they’ve had to make the tough decision to rehouse Roxy so we’ve promised to find her the perfect forever home.
Generously affectionate this gorgeous girl brings joy to everyone she meets – she’s always got a smile on her gorgeous face and you can tell she’s been well loved. Roxy knows “sit” and is fantastic on a lead even though she prefers exploring down by the Murray River rather than walking on a concrete footpath. She’s an active dog who gets excited when she first sees you but soon settles down. Roxy’s not such a fan of being indoors unless it’s really hot though she’s very well behaved inside when she does come in. She either sleeps on a bed or in a kennel outside, whichever takes her fancy at bedtime; so long as she’s got another dog to curl up with she’s not too fussy.
Lovable Roxy is not a barker and will only give the occasional warning bark when she deems it’s absolutely necessary. She’s well-behaved and gentle when it comes to children. Having grown up on acreage Roxy is good around horses and other animals and of course she loves dogs of any shape or size. \ She travels well in a car or on the back of a ute and enjoys going for drives. \ Being 6 years old she is well past the chewing stage and doesn’t tend to dig either especially when there’s another sprightly dog around to keep her occupied.

Adorable Roxy isn’t really into toys she’s happier running around with a doggie friend or playing with her humans as you can see in her video. In the warmer months she loves a splash in her shell pool or some fun under a hose on a hot day. She enjoys her food, especially treats and her owner keeps an eye on her weight so she’s in good shape. Secure fencing with room to run, daily walks, bones to chew on, lots of love and of course a doggie mate will make Roxy very happy indeed!

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
