About Deedee
Oscar and Deedee were surrendered to CRQ by their heartbroken owner. Unfortunately, due to a marriage breakup, their owner was unable to keep her dogs. Oscar and Deedee won our hearts immediately, as soon as they stepped out of the car, Oscar was playful and Deedee was so keen to explore.
Oscar and Deedee have been together their whole lives and must stay together. Deedee is a Tibetan Spaniel x, we are not quite sure what with but it's another fluffy little dog. She has a thick, black fluffy coat and the cutest little teddy bear face. Deedee is very overweight and right now her foster carer is focusing on helping her lose weight so that her obesity will not shorten her life span.
Deedee loves to go for walks and she loves lying around in the sun. She loves her food and she loves lying outside eating a pigs ear on the back lawn. However at the end of a fun day playing in the yard and sunbaking, Deedee definitely needs to be inside with her family. She and Oscar would be a wonderful addition to any family.

Medical notes
When Deedee came to us she had severely diseased teeth and required immediate dental surgery and several rotten teeth were removed. Her smile is now bright and white!
She has been desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. She had full blood tests done to determine her health as she is a senior dog, and these came back normal. She has been tested for heartworm (result was negative) and treated regularly with parasite and flea prevention.
Deedee is being fed Royal Canin Obesity food to help her lose weight.
