About Ezzio
Ezzio is a gorgeous little dog - he is a Tenterfield crossed with a Chihuahua, so he has the pocket rocket Chihuahua size (weighing less than 3kg) but the striking colours of the beautiful Tenterfield Terrier. He is a compact little dog with lots of energy and he just loves a cuddle!
Ezzio is being fostered in a home with a puppy, which is great as he just loves to play. He doesn't really like bigger dogs, but would love a playmate his own size. Ezzio will need to go to a home with good solid fencing, as he loves an adventure and gave us a bit of a scare the first day he came into foster by escaping from his carers yard! He is not a dog that escapes due to anxiety, he is just a fun little dog who loves adventure, so it's important to keep him safe and secure until he grows out of his adventurous puppy ways!
Ezzio would love an active home where he has lots to do and lots of play time. If you think you have the home for Ezzio, we can't wait to hear from you!

Medical notes
Ezzio has been desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He had blood tests and tested negative to heartworm. He has received regular flea prevention and worm and heartworm preventatives and fed on a high quality premium dog food whilst in care!
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please email chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com for an Adoption Application. From there, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to talk further about your application and if successful, to arrange a meet and greet.
Prior to adoption, all dogs will need to have a meet and greet with their family, and a house check will be done. All adoptions are subject to a two week trial to ensure your new friend fits in well with your household.
We have many dogs that are in foster care and are not yet ready to be listed for a variety of reasons. If you have a good idea of what you are looking for in your new dog please email us at chihuahuarescueqld@gmail.com and let us help you match a dog to your needs.
