About Chanel *On Trial in Her New Home*
*CHANEL IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Lovable Chanel is a healthy, happy puppy who was born on the 7th of June this year. Her mother is a Great Dane/Bull Mastiff/Ridgeback mix (now desexed) while her father is a purebred Border Collie.
Chanel has one of those gentle, laidback natures you so often find in larger breed puppies. \ She is friendly and affectionate and adores snuggling up with you. Chanel gets along well with her carers other dogs, both big and small, and she is used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as older children making her pretty much “bomb proof” – she’s even good with the household cats, the chooks and isn’t at all fazed by their cute miniature horses. Adorable Chanel LOVES food and isn’t fussy so this is helping her with learning the basics such as “sit” and “down”. As she’s being fostered on acreage she hasn’t spent much time on a lead so will need some practice with this in her forever home. We guesstimate Chanel will be the size of a large Labrador once she finishes growing.

As Chanel is only a young pup she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up having lovely manners. Daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on and toys to keep Chanel stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief.
Chanel would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time as she’s used to having company.
If you think you’ve got the time, patience and love to bring up cheeky Chanel then please download and complete a SARG Dog Application form by following this link: http://www.sarg.net.au/adopt-a-pet.html
Medical notes
Chanel comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and wormed.
DOB: 7/06/14.
Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
