About Niles
Applications from experienced whippet owners/staff are sort for the charming Niles!
NIles is a gorgeous young white and blue whippet boy, who has had too many changes in his young life, through no fault of his own, and is now looking for a breed experienced home that will understand him, and love him for who his is, as well as helping him be the best dog he can be!
Niles is a total delight, with all the skills you would want in a whippet:
*Couch snuggles
*Zoomie running
*Blanket stealing
*Counter sniffing
* Face kissing
*Teddy bear chewing
*Dish cleaning
*Treat stealing :)
Niles is affectionate, energetic and enthusiastic. He's happy to try anything and curious about everything, and because of this, he will require a tested, whippet secure yard. Successful applicants will be required to allow a yard check, to ensure it is 'Niles proof" before he will be able to go home! (we know all his tricks!)
Niles greatly enjoys the company of other dogs, and shares his humans easily. Although he can be boisterous, he loves children and enjoys being involved in whatever they're doing and can play for hours.
Niles has decent manners for a young lad, pretty good recall and is house trained and we would encourage his new family to enroll him in a basic obedience course at a minimum to further improve his training. . . He will take to his new home his own bed, kindly supplied by 'whippy wonder beds'!
If you have a secure yard and love whippets from experience, you can't go past gorgeous Niles!
Niles is currently fostered in Outer Eastern Melbourne -Warburton.
Medical notes
Niles goes to his new home desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated
