Adelaide (C2353) **Adopted**

Adelaide’s carer says “She’s an amazing cat – absolutely gorgeous!” A petite, pretty tortoiseshell, she’s a quiet, gentle little girl and since being in SAFE’s care, has transformed from being timid to a very confident, happy cat. Now she plays! Her favourite toy is a piece of cork and she loves to bolt from one end of the house to the other. She is extremely loving and follows her carer around the house (even in the middle of the night) and likes to sit on the back of the couch behind her head. Adelaide is a great mouser. We love the story of her first catch. She woke everyone in the house at 3 am with excited meows and brought her kill in to show her carers – it was a piece of salami! While not a lap cat, she does enjoy being picked up and will just sit there for long time. At night, she likes to prop on the end of the bed.

She was originally found near Onslow, caring for her four newborn kittens. Adelaide was a lovely mother and while the kittens have all been adopted, she is still waiting for a permanent home.

Like all SAFE animals Adelaide has been vet checked, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. No more litters for this young girl! She’s also toilet trained.

Live far away? Adelaide can fly! We can cheaply, easily and quickly fly her to her new home thanks to our ongoing support from QANTAS Air Freight. We regularly fly animals around WA and interstate for adoption.

If you'd like the rewards of sharing your life with an undemanding, lovely young cat who will be forever grateful for the security of food, shelter and kind human company, Adelaide's your girl! To enquire about her, contact SAFE Karratha on 08 9185 4634.
