About Inky (Cat Friendly) On Trial
Inky is the deepest black greyhound we think we have seen! This hunk of a boy has a coat like soft black velvet, we just want to stroke him forever! He is a happy clown of a dog that wants to please and just loves attention. He also fancied himself a bit of a Cassanova – he was more interested in trying to kiss our volunteers than pose for the camera. Inky was picked up from Bass Hill vet and is currently in our overflow kennels as we are just so full! We would love to see him in a foster or forever home, if you are interested in this cassanova wannabe and get some kisses (and who wouldn’t?!) or have any questions please contact us directly so we can answer you ASAP. info@greyhoundrescue.com.au
Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
