Abby *On Trial in Her New Home*

*ABBY IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* \ Meet Abby! She’s a gorgeous and well mannered little girl who is looking for a human who she can give lots of love and devotion to; will it be you???

Adorable Abby is a small Jack Russell cross with a sweet temperament and a quiet disposition. \ Sadly a change in her elderly owners’ circumstances meant she could no longer live with him, so we’re looking for that special someone to be her constant companion.

Abby loves to be close to people either snuggling on the couch or in bed with you at night or anywhere else where the opportunity arises to be by your side. She will quickly form a strong bond with a new owner and once familiar she loves to give you a few nose licks which we refer to as ‘doggie kisses!’. She also gets along well with other dogs so a doggie friend for company would be perfect if you'll be away at work for most of the day.

Abby really enjoys walks and car trips and gets very excited when she sees her lead or hears the sound of car keys! She would not require a lot of space to be happy as long as regular walks were supplied - a fenced yard with inside/outside access would be perfect and even though Abby hasn’t been trained to use a doggy door as she is an intelligent little girl we reckon she would quickly master one.

It seems Abby believes she is more human than dog and prefers our food though since arriving in foster care she’s been getting used to the doggie stuff and has even managed to lose some weight upon advice from our vets. \ She's also fine around cats, in fact she's a terrific all-rounder who is also an excellent little watchdog who'll be sure to let you know if you’ve got visitors! \
