Hi, my name is Jax and I am as cute as a button and come with pedigree papers. I am a dead ringer for Jan's dog Irwin, so you better come here quickly before she pinches me.

I am a loving little boy who is house trained and lives with young children. Although I let them hug me and play ball I try to avoid them as much as possible as little children pull on ears among other things. I love humans and would prefer to go to a family with older children who are past that stage.

Unfortunately I have been surrendered due to ill health in my family and they now have to move to get more support. Coming to this decision has been painful but until now the impact on me has meant I have missed out on getting walked. Now that they have to move they say such a loving dog deserves a better home than can be provided by them under the circumstances. \

I am dog friendly, love travelling in the car with my head stuck out the window and give an enthusiastic greeting to visitors by jumping up on them so a bit of training required and Stafford Rescue recommend you taking me back to Dog Obedience Training. I previously got to Level 1 and will sit, drop, stand, stay and shake hands. Obedience is a great way of socialising a young dog and also gets you used to each other.

I really enjoy lovely big meaty bones to chomp on and my favourite toy is a long rope hanging from the roof which I like to swing off.
