About "Checkers" $49 - Purrfect Match
At Purr-fect Match Headquarters in Old Bar. Transport available. Checkers is a great little easy care cat who is playful, yet gentle, and will suit a single cat home or a safe rural situation. Also suits life in a unit, happy to be inside a small dwelling, looking out the window. Gives gentle kisses and nibbles on your toes. Comes over when you call to her, rolls over for tummy tickles, as shown in the video. Big purrs and soft meows. Pretty Calico Torti pattern, tiny white feet, long whiskers and bright green eyes. Very friendly to people, not crazy about other cats or dogs. Loves attention, purrs and rubs all over you showing her affection. You'll adore Miss Checkers!
She is ok with other cats and dogs provided she has her own space. Older children best for her as she doesn't like being picked up a lot and lays down her rules as to how much patting she likes. Younger children can be too demanding or rough for her and she can get grumpy with them. Price reduced to $49.00
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
