About Missy
Missy came into our care after her owner suddenly passed away but you can tell this girl was loved and cherished as she is an absolute sweetheart. She is at that beautiful age where she isn't destructive and is perfectly happy to just follow you around and receive an endless supply of cuddles and pats or just to be by your side.
She loves the beach but is still slightly frightened of the waves, great off leash, great in the car and completely dog friendly.
She knows how to sit, shake, lie down, stay and get to bed plus of course having excellent recall.
She has been trained by her previous owner not to sit on the furniture and is perfectly content with either sleeping inside on a doggie bed or outside on a verandah or kennel.
She loves her food, as all Labradors seem to and has shown absolutely no aggression to the 8 dogs, currently residing in her foster home.
Missy would be a great companion either by herself of with other doggie. She would suit any type of family. From a retired person looking for a companion, or a young family looking to have a dog. She is great with kids and babies. She is a gentle soul , just looking for a place to call her furever home
Adoption details
Please contact Cathy via email only should you wish to meet Missy. Email will ensure a faster response.
If enquiring about Missy, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
