About Eadie (On Trial 13/9/14)~ Ridgeback x Gsd
Eadie is a female, 6 month old, Ridgeback x German Shepherd looking for her forever home. She is a happy, affectionate and curious puppy who enjoys playing with toys and lying in the sun. She’s a very quite who dog rarely barks. She is very well socialised with other dogs as she has attended puppy school with many dogs of all ages and sizes. Eadie attended puppy school at the age of 10 weeks old and knows many commands and is very quick to learn. She hasn't met a cat yet but should be fine as she is young enough to get used to them.
Eadie is used to being allowed inside to enjoy the family’s company and loves outdoors to sunbake and run around with her toys. She loves daily walks and walking to the parks and playing with the family.
Eadie would love to have another similar sized, male, older dog for company and to teach her new things. She's not be suitable for children under 5 years of age as she might accidently knock them over but is learning to feel comfortable around all ages.
As her foster carer, I have found Eadie settled in to her surroundings quickly and peacefully. Currently she sleeps inside next to my bed but feel in warmer weather she would be ok to be outside in her kennel. She gets along very well with my teenage daughter and her friends and loves to sit with them or play.
For more information or to meet Eadie, please contact her foster carer Deanne on 0414419432 or email deanne.82@hotmail.com. Eadie is in foster care in Toukley, NSW (Central Coast) and is available for adoption interstate.
Eadie's adoption fee is only $400 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. She will come with her bedding, dog bowls, food, toys, and kongs.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
