About "Big Blue" Purrfect Match
Located at Wingham inland on the Mid North Coast NSW, Handsome "Blue" is a real character with a personality as big as he is!
If you like big cats Big Blue is the one for you! He is solid show piece lump of a cat weighing in at 6.5kgs.
Mainly rich blue/grey in colour with a medium thick coat with a white chest and white gloves.
He is like an overgrown kitten, loves to play with all kinds of cat toys.
However, he can play rough as he has never been taught boundaries and was probably roughed up as a kitten, so would suit an experienced cat person. No small children.
Big Blue tolerates other cats but can be intimidating due to his size so best suited to single cat home as first option.
He also tolerates cat friendly dogs if given his own space.
His luxurious coat requires regular brushing to keep it in good condition and tangle free.
Blue loves human company on his terms and is quite happy to share your bed, sprawl out on your lounge or take over your favourite chair if you let him!
He is an active busy cat so in between snoozes be prepared for lots of entertainment.
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society.
Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
