About My name is "The Duke" the lovable, tug of war king
"The Duke" is living proof of the expression, “There are no strangers, only friends you haven’t met yet.”
At four months old, he already has the makings of a great “go anywhere” dog; he walks nicely on a lead, travels well in a car, is friendly and playful with other dogs, and of course he LOVES people.
As with all our pups, we recommend further obedience training, but in just a few weeks in foster care, he’s picking up lots of useful new tricks; he’s almost there with his house training, will sit for treats, and is learning how to play fetch with humans and tug-of-war with his foster brother.
"The Duke" might accidentally bowl over very small children with his youthful bounciness, but otherwise he would fit into just about any household looking for a large breed dog.
"The Duke" is currently fostered in Epping.
