"SPECIAL HOME NEEDED"

Macca has moved forward in leaps and bounds turning from a timid frightened little boy into a confident cuddle pot that will melt your heart. He is using the doggy door "such a smart little man" and he is so proud of himself, he runs in and out and sometimes I think he does it just to show off. Macca is fully toilet trained with a doggy door to go in and out of when he needs to. It would be great if he could go to a home with someone around a lot as he loves company. He is fine with other dogs though not a playful kind of guy, he would much rather a toy to play with. He is a little timid of larger dogs and prefers quiet company from other dogs. He is great with cats also. Macca would really like all the attention for himself as he loves and adores lots of pats and cuddles so even children would be a plus for little Macca. He gets so excited at feeding times, he barks so loudly, he even howls a little and jumps up and down for his food. Macca is happy to eat any soft foods I give him, he shows no fuss, he still likes to chew even though he has no teeth. He is not fussed with sitting on my lap but loves to snuggle hard in beside me on the couch. He loves sleeping on the bed and he is happy to jump up and join you when ever he likes. He is happy to sleep in his bed but a 10 minute cuddle and snuggle into your shoulder on the bed and some little nose nuzzles is what he really likes before bedtime and in the morning when you wake up. He walks so well on a lead and is fantastic traveling in the car. He shows no aggression towards other dogs or over food. Macca has picked up his training very quickly and this has really boosted his confidence. He sits for his dinner and walks beside you when walking on a lead and he takes no notice of other dogs in the park. His master is his world, your love and kindness is all that matters to him.
