Vernon

**vernon will be going to his new home soon** vernon is in one word, fantastic. Very very sweet. He needed a trip to the hairdresser when he arrived, but now looks like he should. Gets along with other dogs very well. Does have an interest in cats though, that is being worked on. Great with food, is currently living with other dogs and is enjoying their company. He is looking for a couple that would treasure him. He is a real character so whoever has him become part of their family will have a very intelligent, loving, handsome boy. . . . Vernon loves playing with the other dogs but stops everything when he knows you are there and comes to give you a cuddle instead. . . . He sleeps in a dog basket by the heater at night, while ruby sleeps on the couch. . . During the day he is outside playing with balls and squeaky toys and sleeping on the big doggy bed out there. . . He is a good little watch dog and only barks if someone is here or going past but only a couple of little barks and doesn't keep going so not a yappy boy except when he wants to play with a toy and one of the other dogs has got it. . . .
