Meet Beau!

This amazing young man didn't have the best start to life, however he is now ready to find his loving forever home and be a part of a loving family.

Beau is great with dogs, cats, kids and chickens :) He is very energetic and would benefit going to a home with another friendly/playful doggy companion to keep him busy during the day.

Beau was rescued by SCAR after we were alerted to his condition. Beau was only a 3 month old puppy that was suffering from severely deformed front legs which was caused by malnutrition (see photos attached). He was all skin and bones. He was assessed by our vets and was then put onto a premium high quality puppy food (Canidae puppy dry food). Over the next few months his condition dramatically improved to the point where our vets are very happy that he is fit for rehoming.

Beau will need to continue on a very good quality diet for life to ensure he gets the nutrition that his body requires but our vets are happy that he should not have any ongoing medical problems regarding his front legs.

Beau is going to grow into a large breed dog so any previous large breed experience is great to have. He has some basic obedience training but ongoing training will be ESSENTIAL to ensure this little guy will become a well mannered large breed adult dog.

Please only enquire about this boy if you intend to treat him as a part of the family, walk him daily, commit to obedience training and spoil him with lots of love!
