About Meg *Senior Alert*
Meet little old Meg!
Meg is 16 years old, a little blind, a little deaf and has only 5 teeth remaining however.... she is such an amazing little girl and has so much love to give!!
Meg loves to go for her daily walks and even though she doesn't need to go for long distance adventures she can walk for hours! She is not your typical senior pooch and funnily enough still has a good amount of energy.
She loves to sit on the couch and watch TV with you and sleep in your bed (if she is allowed!
Meg would be best as an only pet as she has never been around other animals and is not sure how to socialise with them. However with careful introduction and A LOT of patience she will slowly learn how to live with other friendly and easy going dogs as she has in her current foster home. She would be great with a retired couple or an owner that is home a lot to keep her company.
Meg does well with being toilet trained in the home however she can have the odd accident in a new environment so a little patience will be required while she settles in to her new home.
Even though we had to remove quite a few of her teeth as they we nearly all rotten, the remaining 5 teeth she does have are all healthy and she eats wet and dry food with ease.
If you think you can give this little old lady the home she deserves to live out her twilight years please contact us today- she doesn't deserve to be homeless at this age.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
