About Roonie
*roonie is trialling her new home*
Roonie is an intelligent girl, who will suit an active home where she will have company and stimultion. She is a sweet attentive dog at home, she likes to curl up on the couch and nap and will follow you from room to room and just hang out with you - really focussed on you. Rooney is a great girl and would be quite happy being the only dog around. Certainly when she does play it's on her terms. She spends alot of time sleeping! but really looks forward to her walks as well. She still pulls on the lead but just needs a firm hand and she stops - she's more than aware that she is pulling and shouldn't. She's great off lead and comes back when called. She is such a trusting animal and forms bonds with humans very quickly. She likes to talk (and i don't mean bark)! she barks a little - usually when someone comes to the door. She is quite a funny little thing and is very food orientated which makes training good. Roonie gets excited when she see's birds and loves to talk to them regardless of where they are, though not particularly fond of possums and will make every effort to get them off your property. Overall, roonie is a gorgeous girl who is looking for a family who will love her. If you are interested in one of our dogs please complete an application form.
