About Alvin
Alvin is a Pug with a pedigree who has been reluctantly surrendered to find a new home. Alvin has a beautiful, black single coat that does not shed at the same rate as most Pugs. He has been trained to 'sit, go to bed, wait' and is also crate trained. Alvin loves going for rides in the car, is great with all people (especially children), cats, dogs, and a myriad of other animals ... he is just an all-round wonderful little boy. Alvin is a house dog but does enjoy running around the property and laying in the sun when its warm. He is a very 'busy' Pug who loves company and has never been on his own so, as any Pug owner knows, Pugs love other Pugs therefore a home with another female Pug is preferable and we will not rehome Alvin as an 'only' dog or where there is another male dog in the home. He is trim and fit, has been allowed up on furniture, sleeps on the bed and uses a doggy door to enter and exit the house. We would like to rehome Alvin where there is a retired person in the home and preferably with a' Pug person' who knows the breed. Please note also that Alvin must have good fencing in his new home.
