Didge ~ (On Trial 31/3/15) 2yo male kelpie

Meet Didge a 2 year old male kelpie. He's a big boy with an even bigger heart. \ He's very clever, he comes when called, will sit or drop on command and sometimes will roll over. Didge absolutely loves the beach and he will run for hours if you let him, especially if there is a ball or a stick involved as fetch is his favourite game and will play till your arm drops off.

He loves his bed too, and will hop in if you ask him too, but he'll snuggle at your feet as well if you let him. When he has his master, he wants nothing more than to please and impress you.

Didge is great with other dogs and plays very well with the pack, he is however not keen with livestock or other animals. Sometimes he can be greedy when it comes to bones but has learnt to share his dinner with the other dogs here.

He would suit a home with older children or no children as he can sometimes forget his strength and does like to be a boy and play a bit rough.

Didge needs to go to a home with females only. Unfortunately he has shown us he still has a fear of males after been beaten for his first 2 years of life. He needs a special home where he can continue with his training. He would suit an older active woman who wants a dog for both company and a walking partner. Didge is a lovely boy who deserves a loving home.
