About Penelope
Penelope is currently in foster care.
With a sweet, loving nature, Penelope will win you over every time; you can’t help but fall for her charms. Not only is she an attractive young dog, she’s also lots of fun, loves to play. A game of chase is never refused and she will be happy to partake in activities with her new family as she’s full of life and enjoys every moment. She’s very close to being the perfect dog. With her exceptionally appealing and loving nature, she thrives on affection. Happy to sit with you for hours if she may, and be given cuddles, relaxing by your side and snuggling but also just as happy to be going for a walk and enjoying outdoor activities.
An intelligent girl, Penelope is very food motivated, so treats work wonders and any further training should be relatively simple. Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
