About Norbitt
Norbitt has what you would call a goofy, fun loving personality. Although he has not always been this way and we have overcome a lot of hurdles since he has been in care with us. The biggest help we have found to help with this has been in the shape of a fellow foster dog named Cinnamon. Cinnamon too has overcome a lot whilst in care through having Norbitt by her side so we have decided to look for their forever home together!
Norbitt and Cinnamon are a special pair that have strongly bonded. They're of similar age and when together seem to somehow overcome their own individual fears. Both are great on and off leash, love car rides, love the local dog park and the off leash doggie beach- where they run and swim with a variety of dogs. They are both housetrained and sleep on a doggie bed each at night with ease and comfort, although half the time they end up sharing the same bed.
Norbitt is a very active boy that loves to play fetch- he will even sit, lie down and speak for the ball to be thrown. He even on his own will sits, lies down and waits for permission to eat any of his meals. He loves to wrestle and cuddle with Cinnamon and the two just can't get enough of one another.
Cinnamon on the other hand is a very quiet little girl who has such a sweet personality. She loves her food and to play fetch at the local dog park as well. She isn't as active as Norbitt but will still play with any dogs that are willing. She loves her people, cats and children and with her being so calm makes it very easy for her to adapt to those things.
Both Norbitt and Cinnamon live in a foster home with two cats and four host dogs but during their time in foster care, they have experienced numerous other foster dogs of all ages and sizes and have been great with them all.
If you are looking for two extraordinary new fur babies, these two are it! They will fill your life with lots of love, an abundance of laughs and a companionship like no other.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Norbitt is located on the Central Coast of NSW where he lives with his foster family.

When enquiring about Norbitt, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
