Puggie (ON hold pending yd ck 28/8/14)

My name is PUGGIE and I am a very handsome 2 YEAR OLD PUG cross although I am more pug than anything else. I have all the classic markings of a pug and I even have a double curl in my tail. I am quite energetic and I am very affectionate. I will play fetch for as long as someone is keen to keep throwing the ball. \ I enjoy a walk on the lead and I am still learning some basic commands when out and about. I have loved spending time with my foster brother who is a poodle and we enjoy wrestling and chasing each other. I am not at all bothered by the family cat either.

I have a low shedding coat and I do enjoy a brush every few days. I sleep inside as I do get a bit upset if I am outside on my own for too long. At night I love curling up on the lounge next to my foster family, I fall asleep straight away and snore and snore and snore! I also make a great foot warmer as I don’t mind sitting on my foster mum’s feet either. \ I am pretty keen to get up on the beds but due to my urinating on mum’s feather quilt she keeps the door shut so I can’t get in there! I think I might need some help with this little habit! Apart from that I am good at using the doggie door and taking myself outside to go to the toilet.

I am not comfortable around small children under 12. I'm happy to be only only dog because I prefer people to dogs but I could accept sharing my home with one other dog that is placid and friendly and approximately my size.

I am a little sneaky sometime and if there is a bedroom door open, I go in an pinch shoes. I don’t ruin them, I just like to carry them around! I also like going into mum’s bag and taking the car keys! Sometimes she gets the hint and will take me in the car! I travel quite well in the car but am more interested in getting to where I am going quickly so I can have a sniff around.
